Refund policy

At SolRay Media, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period
    Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please document the damage with a photo and email us at solomonraycookbook@gmail.com. We will arrange to send you a new item at no additional cost.

  3. Non-Refundable Items
    Signed copies and free gifts are non-refundable. If your order included a free gift, the gift must be returned along with the purchased items for the return to be processed.

  4. Lost or Stolen Packages
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with USPS if your package is lost or stolen.

  5. Refund Process
    Please allow up to 5 business days upon receipt of your returned item for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
