  • Liquid and Binding:

    • 1 large egg
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Bread:

    • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) with a rack in the center position.
    • Cut the artisan buns into 1-inch cubes.
    • Spread the bread cubes evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.

    • In a measuring cup or bowl, whisk together 1½ cups vegetable broth, 1 tablespoon mushroom seasoning, and 1 large egg until well combined.
  6. Combine All Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, combine the dried bread cubes, cooked vegetable and fruit mixture, chopped parsley and sage, and 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence.
